Post Installation and Removal Policies
Welcome to Sun Canyon Sign Post,
In order to make your experience as easy and painless as possible, please read the policies below.
- To avoid delay of post installations be sure to include, on order form, your paypal receipt number. If you do not have a paypal account you can click here (opens in new window) to start one or you can use paypal to pay with your credit card.
- In order to have your post installed next day, orders must be in by 5:00 pm.
- Orders can be called in @ 602-291-8453 or faxed in @ 480-357-2811, or can be done on-line using our on-line order form click here.
- Cancellations must be given the day before if at all possible, via phone call, fax, or e-mail, if not call 602-291-8453 before 6:00 am to avoid being charged a trip charge.
- In order to process your request in a timely manner it is important to provide complete and accurate information. Which includes: Agent name, Company name, address of property where sign post is to be installed and be sure spelling is correct, include any special instruction's IE: HOA rules, gate codes if it is a gated community, nearest cross streets.
- If calling in order, speak slowly and clearly, leave all information as stated on the order form, on this website (click here for order form page) be sure to leave your paypal receipt number to verify payment.
Before any sign post can be installed, you need to visit the Term and Conditions page, download, sign, and return the form.
